"People's posts and telecommunications News Agency(PPTNA)", supervised by the Ministry of Information Industry, is one of the national industrial business newspapers. It is also one of the earliest industrial newspapers established in China and the most valuable publications with the largest circulation. The masthead of "People's Posts and Telecommunication " in Chinese was inscribed by Chairman Mao Zedong at Xibaipo in December 1948 to the newspaper under preparation.

Notices:
1. Payment should be made in advance: if the publication is made in an assigned time or on an assigned page, or in a month since the remittance is received, a 30-50% extra fee should be charged.
2. For red ad: a 30% extra fee will be charged for 35cm×10cm size; a 20% extra fee will be charged for 35cm×20cm size or news angle; a 10% extra fee will be charged for full page; the ad of other sizes are not to be reddened.
3. For color ad: a 50% extra fee will be charged.
4. The center joint only accommodates a single piece of ad.
5. PPTN is published in 8 pages every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
6. Those who want to put ads should forward a photocopy of business license; IT enterprises which are run under the NAL (Network Access License) system should forward the NAL; for the awarded products or products passed appraisal, related document and certificate should be forwarded.
7. If the ad is designed by PPTNA, the texts and photos should be sent to us 20 days in advance. If providing the film of ad, the text should be sent to us 15 days in advance for censorship according to the Advertisement Law, and the film should be sent to us 7 days in advance.
8. Those who want to change the contract or publishing date and size within 20 days should pay a 20% fee.
9. PPTNA has the right to mend the content of advertisement if it is not in line with related regulation, or to adjust the publishing date.
